Rapid Xanthan Gum
Our premium Rapid Xanthan Gum powder is commonly used to thicken, stabilise and emulsify and will not alter the taste or smell of your food recipes. It has faster solubility than standard Xanthan Gum, providing the same results in food dishes but in a much shorter time scale. It is soluble in hot and cold water, doesn’t form unwanted lumps and is much easier to use!
Rapid Xanthan Gum is perfect for use in gluten-free baking, salad dressings, mayonnaises including herb, garlic and vegan mayo, pizza bases and ice creams.

Rapid, Agglomerated Xanthan Gum has a faster solubility than standard xanthan gum, providing the same viscosity in a shorter time scale. Agglomerated xanthan gum thickens, emulsifies and stabilises food products whilst not causing lumps. Soluble in both hot and cold water, Rapid Xanthan Gum is versatile in many applications and is much easier to use than standard xanthan gum.
How to use: The recommended dose is 0.05% to 1.0%. Add to your hot or cold liquid ingredients gradually whilst whisking until completely dissolved.
