VG Mousse
Our Vegetarian and Vegan (VG) Mousse blend is a specially formulated mixture of emulsifiers and stabilisers that can be used to create mousses and light whipped desserts. The blend is perfect for instant whip products, creating a soft, light and creamy texture.

VG Mousse Blend is a specially formulated mixture of emulsifiers and stabilisers that can be used to create mousses and light whipped desserts. The blend is perfect for instant whip products, creating a soft, light, creamy texture.
How to use: Blend with other dry ingredients (such as sugar and cocoa powder) and add to solution (e.g egg/milk/water). Whisk on a high setting for 2-3 mins. Allow to set for a minimum of 2 hours. We recommend using at a dose of 12%.
