VG Sauce
Our Vegetarian and Vegan (VG) Sauce Blend is a unique mixture of Acacia Gum and Xanthan Gum, formulated to act as a stabiliser in sauces, including salad dressings and egg-free vegan suitable sauces. VG Sauce blend adds viscosity and a smooth texture to your sauces. VG Sauce blend is soluble in cold water and acts as a stabiliser in a wide range of egg-free oily emulsions while also having the ability to absorb water released by other ingredients.
