Ingredients
80ml coffee
20ml milk (of your choice)
3g soy lecithin
1 tsp sweeter of your choice

Method
Prepare the coffee. You can use mocha, French press coffee maker, American coffee machine or another one you prefer.
Let the coffee chill completely.
Once cold, pour it into the blender beaker and add the milk, the sweetener, and soy lecithin.
Start to blend it with a hand blender. Up and down the hand blender and tilt the beaker to let the air come in so your foam will be bubbly.
As the foam is forming, take it out from the beaker and put it in a bowl. Once you have the amount of foam you need add it to your recipes.
