1 ½ cups almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
½ tsp XANTHAN GUM
½ tsp baking soda
½ salt
1 egg
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey
½ tsp vanilla extract

Raspberry/ strawberry jam
In a large bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients until well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until a dough is formed. Place the mixture in fridge and let it chill for 5-10 minutes while you preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Take about 1 tbsp of the dough and roll it into a finger-like shape. Press down the almond tip for the nails. Squeeze around the middle to form the knuckles and use a knife to make little wrinkles around the knuckles.
Repeat this until you have no more dough – it should make between 25-30 fingers.
Place on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let completely cool down.
Add some jam around the almond nails and around the knuckles for a nasty effect!!
